The Social Media Team Manager is responsible for leading and managing the social media function for the organization. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals and brand identity. Create, edit, and publish engaging content, including daily posts, visuals, and videos, and maintain a content calendar.Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform changes, and emerging best practices. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media professionals content creators, community managers, analysts, etc.Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and engage with followers and influencers. Oversee the creation of creative content (text, graphics, video) tailored to different social platforms. Approve and refine content to make sure it aligns with brand voice and tone.Supervise community engagement: responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Build and nurture online communities. Handle negative feedback and crisis communication.Develop and enforce best practices and guidelines for social media communication.
