Job Title: Social Media Team Lead

We are hiring a Social Media Team Lead to manage a team of social media executives and oversee end-to-end execution of social media strategies for healthcare brands. The role involves content planning, performance analysis, campaign optimisation, and client coordination across multiple platforms.

Experience Required:

3-4 years of experience in social media management with proven team-handling skills

CTC:

?25,000 - ?30,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the social media team

Plan and execute social media strategies

Create and manage content calendars

Track performance and generate insights

Coordinate with designers and writers

Handle client communication and reporting

Skills Required:

Good English communication (

spoken and written

)

Conversational Bengali and Hindi

Proven experience in team management

Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics

AI-savvy

and comfortable using modern marketing tools

Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making

Exposure & Learning:

Work with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals

Lead multi-platform healthcare social media campaigns

Hands-on exposure to content strategy, analytics, and growth planning

Opportunity to build leadership skills in healthcare marketing

Eligibility:

Graduate or Post-graduate in any discipline
