As the Social Media Team Lead, you will be at the helm of our social media efforts, from conceptualizing and executing monthly content calendars to analyzing performance and driving brand growth. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing a talented team of designers, editors, and writers to deliver cohesive and impactful social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity and business goals.

Content and Campaign Management:

Oversee the planning, creation, and implementation of monthly content calendars and campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Creative Excellence:

Lead the charge in writing engaging captions, crafting irresistible reel hooks, and developing compelling post descriptions that resonate with our target audience.

Team Management and Development:

Manage, mentor, and inspire a creative team of designers, editors, and writers, fostering a collaborative environment and proactively guiding the creative output to new heights.

Performance Analysis:

Utilize analytics tools such as Meta Insights and Creator Studio to monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Client Communication:

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, confidently leading client calls, and effectively communicating campaign strategies and results.

Trend and Culture Integration:

Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, meme culture, and emerging platforms to ensure our content is fresh, relevant, and drives maximum engagement.

Brand Growth:

Strategically build and grow our brand presence through innovative content direction and community management.

Project Management:

Expertly multitask, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work across multiple brand accounts, consistently meeting deadlines.

Required Skills and Expertise:

Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful monthly content calendars and social media campaigns. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a talent for crafting engaging captions, reel hooks, and post descriptions. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Creator Studio) and the ability to derive meaningful insights. In-depth knowledge of current social media trends, meme culture, and what drives audience engagement. Experience in managing and leading a creative team of designers, editors, and writers. Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, especially under tight deadlines. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in English with the ability to coordinate directly with clients. A proactive and forward-thinking approach to improving creative output and team performance. A strategic mindset with a focus on building and growing brand presence through compelling content.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
