Job: Social Media Strategy & Planning Designation: Social Media Strategist Location: Vashi (Navi Mumbai) / Remote

for Content Writer: We are looking for an experienced social media strategist to join our team, and serve our clients from across the world. This position is based out of Vashi (Navi Mumbai) but we are also open to remote working. The Role: The Social Media Strategist will be a client-facing role at RMB, and will entail a mix of social media strategy + project management for our social media work. The ideal candidate will not only be social media savvy and attuned to the latest trends sweeping social media across different geographies, but will also have a keen understanding of brand communication across online as well as offline marketing channels. The key responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that increases brand awareness and engagement via both organic and paid methods, through an accurate and insightful understanding of our clients and their respective verticals. As a Social media strategist you should have excellent multitasking skills so that you can manage multiple brands (and clients!) in a cohesive and smooth manner. Key Responsibilities: i) Understanding the client's requirements, and defining their annual social media objectives ii) Developing the social media strategy and planning the content calendar in line with the above objectives iii) Ongoing category research + sharing of best practices / inspiration / inputs with both client and internal team iv) Briefing, brainstorming, providing strategic direction and collaborating with the content and design teams to come up with campaign ideas, including proactive ideas to sustain meaningful engagement, in line with the approved strategy v) Coordination with client and internal team for approvals vi) Timely publishing of the approved content across each client's social channels vii) Keeping track of audience response and engagement, and revising the strategy or calendar, if needed viii) Publishing monthly performance reports for each client
