We are a growing digital marketing agency working with brands across industries. We're looking for a

Social Media Strategist & Account Manager

who can take complete ownership of client social media accounts -- from content planning to execution and client communication.

This is

not

a posting-only role. You'll be responsible for

thinking, planning, writing, guiding creative teams, and managing client expectations

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Research

Research brands, competitors, and industry trends to build monthly content strategies Decide

what content to post, why it works, and how it aligns with business goals

Identify reel ideas, trending formats, hooks, and storytelling angles

Content & Copywriting

Write engaging captions, post copies, and CTAs Write scripts for reels, short videos, and voiceovers Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency across platforms

Creative Team Coordination

Guide graphic designers and video editors with clear briefs Review creatives and suggest improvements based on strategy and performance Ensure timelines and quality standards are met

Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Present content plans and explain strategy confidently Handle feedback professionally and translate it into actionable changes Build long-term client trust through clarity and communication

Performance & Optimization

Track content performance and suggest improvements Use insights to refine future content ideas and formats

What We're Looking For

Experience in

social media management within an agency

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content Ability to think strategically, not just creatively Confidence in speaking with clients and handling feedback Experience working with designers and editors Organized, proactive, and deadline-driven Using AI tools efficiently

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
