Create monthly content calendars and campaign roadmaps with measurable KPIs.
Analyze competitor and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Content Direction & Execution:
Work closely with the design, video, and content teams to develop high-performing assets (static, reels, carousels, stories).
Oversee brand voice and visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Ideate campaign concepts around festivals, launches, and trending topics.
Performance & Analytics:
Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, and follower growth.
Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Leverage analytics tools (Meta Suite, LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to track ROI.
Community Management:
Engage with followers, handle DMs/comments, and build meaningful online communities.
Coordinate with PR and influencer partners to amplify reach.
Innovation & Research:
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, emerging social tools, and content trends.
Experiment with new formats (polls, UGC, live sessions, collaborations) to boost organic engagement.
