2+ years of experience in social media or digital content Strong knowledge of Instagram trends, reels, transitions, hooks & viral formats A creative brain that always thinks "What's next?" Build and manage the daily content flow across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms Ideate fresh concepts for reels, videos, campaigns & trend-driven content Work closely with designers & editors to develop visually stunning posts Craft engaging captions, hooks, scripts & social storytelling Track insights (reach, engagement, shares, saves) and optimize content Manage creator/influencer collaborations and travel partnerships Be involved in shoots -- short-form, reels, travel snippets, on-ground content Grow and engage with the online community through comments, DMs & stories * Bring new ideas to the table and experiment boldly
