Create monthly social media calendars, campaign plans, and content outlines.
Track social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
Coordinate with content creators, designers, and ads team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions.
Monitor performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Manage community engagement: replies, DMs, comments, and audience interactions.
Plan and execute influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
Improve ROI through data-driven strategies and A/B testing.
Drive growth in followers, engagement rate, and lead generation.
Skills Required
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
Expertise in content strategy, storytelling, and brand positioning.
Good knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn organic growth, and YouTube strategy.
