We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist who understands Instagram algorithms, content trends, audience behavior, and performance analytics. This person will guide our team on what works, why it works, and how to execute it effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Stay updated on Instagram's evolving algorithm, best practices, and feature updates (Reels, Carousels, Stories, Broadcast Channels, Notes, etc.).
Identify and propose high-performing content formats -- reels, posts, carousels, hooks, trending audio, storytelling formats, templates.
Track performance using analytics and recommend improvements.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm behavior , YOUTUBE, Facebook(ranking signals, retention metrics, content types, hashtag strategy, etc.).
Ability to analyze social media metrics and turn them into actionable insights.
Strong knowledge of reel trends, editing styles, carousel frameworks, and storytelling techniques.
Creative ideation -- ability to think in hooks, formats, storylines, and templates, ability to identify patterns in what's trending.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Digital Marketing, or Journalism
OR
A certification in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing
