Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Social Media Strategy & Management

: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community. Use analytics tools to track performance, generate reports, and refine strategies to improve results. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and tools to keep the company's digital presence competitive.

Business Development

: Collaborate with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for growth. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Assist in creating and presenting business proposals, sales pitches, and marketing materials to potential clients and partners. Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through outreach, networking, and engagement. Support the sales team in lead generation efforts through social media and other digital marketing tactics.

Content Development & Campaigns

: Work with the creative team to produce high-quality multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics) that aligns with the brand's voice and goals. Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and leads. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and business goals. Ensure all social media content is consistent with the brand's messaging and tone.

Collaboration & Team Support

: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to ensure a cohesive approach to social media and business development. Assist with events, product launches, and other key business initiatives by promoting them through social media and other digital channels. Provide support for internal communications, employee engagement, and brand storytelling through digital platforms.

Reporting & Analysis

: Use social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI. Prepare regular reports to communicate the performance of social media campaigns and business development activities. Recommend data-driven optimizations for future social media and business strategies based on performance insights.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content management tools, and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics). Proven track record of driving engagement and growth through social media campaigns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics and business data. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth, networking, and partnerships.

Preferred Skills

:

Experience with paid social media campaigns and lead generation tactics. Graphic design, video editing, or content creation skills. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies. Familiarity with CRM tools and business development platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
