results-driven Social Media Strategist & Performance Marketing Specialist

who can plan, execute, and optimize high-impact digital campaigns across social and performance channels.

This role is ideal for someone who understands

both strategy and execution

Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy

Create and execute end-to-end

social media growth strategies

Plan monthly content calendars aligned with business goals Drive engagement, reach, and brand visibility across platforms Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-performing content
Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize

paid ad campaigns

(Meta, Instagram, Facebook) Handle and manage

?5-7 lakhs monthly business ad budget

Optimize campaigns for

ROAS, leads, conversions, and revenue

Monitor ad performance daily and scale winning campaigns Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences
Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and engagement Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Use insights to continuously improve strategy and results
Required Qualifications

MBA (Marketing / Digital Marketing preferred)

1-3 years of hands-on experience

in: Social Media Strategy Performance Marketing / Paid Ads Proven experience managing

real ad budgets

(not just learning accounts)
Key Skills & Expertise

Strong understanding of: Social media algorithms Paid advertising funnels Audience targeting & retargeting Hands-on experience with: Meta Ads Manager Campaign scaling & optimization Strategic thinking with strong execution ability Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving skills
Salary & Compensation

Fixed Salary:

?15,000 - ?18,000 per month
