TechStriker is looking for a creative and results-driven
Social Media Strategist
who can plan and execute our in-house social media strategy as well as manage clients' social media accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and manage a team of 4-5 members.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective social media strategies for TechStriker and clients across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of 4-5 social media executives/designers.
Oversee content creation, including copy, creatives, reels, and videos.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Manage client communication, understand requirements, and deliver results aligned with their goals.
Ensure timely execution and quality of all deliverables.
Coordinate with the design, SEO, and marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Suite, LinkedIn analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Knowledge of paid ads is a plus.

Pay: Up to ?70,500.06 per month
