Job Description

responsible for developing and executing a brand's social media strategy to increase online presence, improve marketing efforts, and engage with target audiences. Their role is both creative and analytical, blending content creation with data-driven decision-making to drive business growth through social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategy Development:

Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals. Identify the target audience and the best platforms and tactics to reach them.

Content Planning and Creation:

Develop and oversee content calendars for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.). Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce engaging, platform-specific content.

Community Management:

Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages. Build and maintain an active and positive online community.

Analytics and Performance Tracking:

Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. Prepare regular performance reports and optimize strategies based on data.

Trend Monitoring and Innovation:

Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and emerging tools. Recommend new approaches and formats (e.g., Reels, Stories, Threads) to keep content fresh and competitive.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute paid and organic social campaigns. Collaborate with digital marketers to align social efforts with broader campaigns.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent across all channels. Develop social media guidelines and best practices.

Collaboration:

Work with other departments (marketing, PR, customer service) to support campaigns and initiatives. Liaise with influencers or brand ambassadors where relevant.

Skills and Qualifications:



Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms. Excellent content writing, visual storytelling, and communication skills. Experience with social media analytics tools and ad managers. Ability to work creatively and strategically. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. Prior experience in a similar role or agency environment is often preferred.
