What You'll Be Doing
As the Social Media Strategist, you'll be the
go-to expert
for all things social for the accounts handed over to you. You'll lead the charge in creating compelling content, managing communities and driving strategies that get results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies that align with brand goals.
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook and more.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates and audience behaviour to drive innovation in campaigns.
Monitor accounts daily, interact with followers and respond to queries or comments in a timely manner.
Track and analyse content and campaign performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies based on insights.
Run creative campaigns, contests, collaborations and other interactive initiatives to boost brand visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams like Designers, Editors while owning the social media vertical independently.
Capture basic product shots and short-form content using an iPhone (for reels, stories, behind-the-scenes, etc.) as needed.
Solve problems as they arise -- whether it's platform glitches, performance drops, or content challenges.
What We're Looking For
We're not just looking for someone who can post pretty pictures -- we need a
strategic thinker and a doer
who can own the social media function with minimal oversight.
Must-Haves:
2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management.
Proficiency in platforms like Instagram & Facebook
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong grip on content creation tools (like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
Experience with analytics platforms (Meta Insights, YouTube Analytics, etc.).
Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and find solutions quickly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
Ability to commute in Mumbai 2-3 times a week (hybrid model).
Portfolio or examples of social media accounts/campaigns you've personally managed.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
