About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist with a strong fashion sensibility and proven experience in leading brand social media at a strategic level. This role requires someone who can plan 90 days ahead, anticipate brand needs, shape long-term content direction, and translate fashion narratives into high-performing social content.

You will own the social media strategy end-to-end and work closely with internal or outsourced graphic design teams to build a cohesive, elevated, and consistent brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead 90-day social media strategy and planning aligned with brand, seasonal, and campaign goals Build and oversee monthly content calendars and posting schedules Drive content strategy for Instagram (primary), Facebook, and LinkedIn Define grid aesthetics, storytelling flow, and content formats Brief, guide, and collaborate with graphic designers to execute the visual direction Strategically grow engagement, reach, and follower base Track performance, analyse insights, and optimise content for growth Stay ahead of fashion, culture, and platform trends and integrate them into planning

Experience & Skills

4+ years of mandatory experience in social media strategy (fashion/lifestyle brands preferred) Strong fashion sensibility with an eye for aesthetics, styling, and visual storytelling Proven experience leading content planning and grid direction Ability to plan and execute content 90 days in advance Strong copywriting, communication, and strategic thinking skills Experience managing multiple platforms simultaneously Comfortable working closely with creative teams and stakeholders

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
