About the Role:

Social Media Strategist
who understands how brands live and breathe online. Someone who can think creatively, plan smartly, and make every scroll worth the stop.
What You'll Do:
Craft and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and brand love.
Build monthly content calendars and campaign ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
Collaborate with creative, design, and copy teams to bring bold ideas to life.
Track performance, pull insights, and continuously optimize campaigns for better results.
Stay on top of trends, memes, and moments -- and know exactly when a brand should jump in (and when it shouldn't!).
Manage influencer tie-ups, paid promotions, and community conversations.
Present fresh campaign ideas and performance reports to internal and client teams.
What We're Looking For:
4-5+ years of experience managing brand strategies across social media platforms.
Strong understanding of digital behavior, platform algorithms, and content storytelling.
Experience working in an advertising or digital agency is a must.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A balance of creativity and strategy -- you can think big and execute smart.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Hands-on experience with paid media and influencer marketing.
Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar.
A knack for trendspotting and idea pitching.
