Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with client objectives. Manage and optimize social media platforms to enhance audience engagement. Plan, execute, and monitor successful marketing campaigns for both international and Indian clients. Take ownership of ideation, presentation creation, project management, and analytics. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and expectations. Manage multiple client accounts and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery. Analyze performance metrics for data-driven decision-making. Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, making recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with designers to create compelling and engaging content. Take an active role in content creation and copywriting, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Work on branding and awareness strategies for social media channels. Develop and implement ROI-focused strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness. Manage social media platforms and analyze audience engagement through insights to identify trends and growth opportunities. Keep clients informed about the progress of social media campaigns and ensure their satisfaction. Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management.
