Job Summary:



We are looking for a creative, analytical, and strategic

Social Media Strategist

to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our social media presence. This role is key in building brand awareness, engaging our online community, and driving business goals through data-driven social media campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals. Manage and grow the company's presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and others relevant to our audience. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video teams to produce high-impact, engaging, and brand-aligned content. Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices. Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely and appropriate manner. Analyse performance metrics and generate regular reports to measure ROI and optimize future campaigns. Stay informed about emerging platforms, tools, algorithms, and social media innovations.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a social media strategist, manager, or similar role with a portfolio or examples of successful campaigns. Deep understanding of all major social media platforms and their respective best practices. Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling captions and content briefs. Strategic thinking and creativity, with a passion for storytelling and brand development. Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in paid social advertising and campaign management. Familiarity with influencer marketing and UGC strategies. Background in branding, digital marketing, or communications. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
