Helpline Groups is looking for a creative and data-driven

Social Media Strategist

with a minimum of

1+ year of hands-on experience

to plan, execute, and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content strategy, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals Create content calendars and oversee daily posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce engaging content Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behavior Manage paid social media campaigns (basic level) Respond to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner
Requirements

Minimum

1+ year of proven experience

as a Social Media Strategist or similar role Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics Experience in content planning, brand positioning, and audience growth Basic knowledge of paid ads and campaign optimization is a plus Excellent communication and creativity skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills

Experience in service-based or corporate branding Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar Knowledge of Canva, basic design, or video editing tools
