We're looking for a passionate and strategic social media professional who understands how to grow a brand

organically

-- through storytelling, engaging content, community interaction, and consistent brand voice. The role involves building awareness, engagement, and trust across all major social platforms without relying solely on paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement organic social media strategies that align with brand goals. Create and manage content calendars with engaging, educational, and visual posts. Build and nurture an online community -- increase followers, engagement, and trust. Collaborate with creative teams for photo/video shoots, stories, and reels. Analyze organic performance metrics and optimize based on data-driven insights. Stay updated on social trends, platform updates, and eye health-related topics. Develop storytelling campaigns that communicate the hospital's mission and patient success stories.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. 1+ years of proven experience in

organic social media growth or content strategy

. Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn algorithms. Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content planning skills. Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social analytics. Healthcare or wellness industry experience is an added advantage.
