We are an advertising agency looking for a skilled Social Media Strategist to plan, manage, and grow social media presence for our clients. The candidate should be creative, organized, and experienced in developing effective social media strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple brands.
Create monthly content calendars and coordinate with designers and writers.
Manage posting schedules across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to improve performance.
Plan and run paid ad campaigns when required.
Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community interactions.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
Ability to plan content, analyze insights, and deliver reports.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
