About the Role

We are a startup focused on helping professionals and business owners build powerful personal brands. We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Strategist who can shape, manage, and grow strong online identities across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

You'll work closely with the founder to craft engaging content strategies, optimize social media presence, and turn insights into action.

Key Responsibilities

Create, plan, and schedule monthly content calendars for clients and in-house branding. Craft content strategies tailored to each client's niche and tone (especially for LinkedIn and Instagram). Write compelling captions, headlines, and hooks that align with personal branding goals. Research trends, industry hashtags, and formats (Reels, carousels, stories, etc.) Coordinate with designers/video editors to bring posts to life. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth). Engage with followers and manage communities online. Stay on top of platform algorithm changes and suggest proactive strategies.

Required Skills & Tools

Excellent knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills. Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.) Familiarity with Canva, Trello, Google Workspace. Bonus: Experience with analytics tools and performance dashboards.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
