Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's overarching marketing and business goals. Analyse social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to refine strategies. Set and track KPIs for all social media platforms to measure success and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure the brand message is consistent across all platforms. Oversee paid media campaigns and ensure social media strategies integrate with broader digital marketing initiatives. Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure we are always innovating.

Qualifications:



2+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or a related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content types (including both organic and paid strategies). Proficiency with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.). Strong ability to interpret data and create actionable insights. Experience with creating and managing paid social media campaigns. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
