Role Overview:

We're hiring a

Social Media Strategist

to manage and grow the digital presence of our diverse client base. You'll lead the planning, content creation, and performance tracking across platforms to drive engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies for client brands across industries Create and schedule platform-specific content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) Monitor analytics and report on engagement, reach, and growth Engage with online communities and respond to DMs/comments Collaborate with internal designers and client stakeholders Optimize campaigns based on performance insights Optional: Manage and report on paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

What We're Looking For:

1-4+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing Strong writing, storytelling, and visual content instincts Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later Analytical mindset -- you're comfortable with metrics and reporting Proactive, organized, and adaptable to shifting priorities Experience in agency/client-service environments is a plus

KPIs You'll Own:

Follower growth per channel Engagement rate improvement Content output consistency (e.g., 15-20 posts/month/per client) Website traffic/referrals from social CTR and conversions on ad campaigns (if applicable) Monthly reporting quality and actionable insights
