About the Role:
Work with FACT Ops' marketing team to craft and execute our brand's social media strategy. Drive our online presence, nourishing brand visibility and follower engagement through analytics-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule content for all major channels
Monitor, analyze, and report on social platform performance
Identify audience trends and adapt strategy accordingly
Support social campaigns and online community efforts
Maintain a consistent and positive brand voice
You Bring:
Passion for social media marketing and analytics
Understanding of brand visibility metrics
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn/Instagram tools, and analytics dashboards
Creative and strategic thinking
