Job Summary:
As our social media strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to increase our brand awareness and drive meaningful audience engagement. You will manage our presence across YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn, creating platform-specific approaches that align with our overall marketing objectives. Your data-driven strategies will help us connect with our target audiences through compelling content that showcases both our technical expertise and user-friendly solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Design and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each platform (YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn) to achieve specific marketing targets
xc2xb7 Create platform-specific content strategies that effectively balance technical and non-technical content to engage diverse audience segments
xc2xb7 Develop quarterly and annual social media plans aligned with company objectives and industry trends
xc2xb7 Identify and segment target audiences across platforms to create personalized content approaches
xc2xb7 Create, manage, and publish original, high-quality content across all social media platforms
xc2xb7 Design language specific content for English, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and brand alignment
xc2xb7 Implementing data-driven publishing strategies to engage diverse audiences
xc2xb7 Develop good publishing schedules optimized for peak engagement times across time zones and languages
xc2xb7 Maintain consistent brand voice while adapting content formats to maximize engagement on each platform
xc2xb7 Collaborate with writers, designers, and sales team to ensure content is both informative and visually appealing
xc2xb7 Monitor analytics and metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and individual posts
xc2xb7 Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators including engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversion metrics
xc2xb7 Analyze audience behavior and content performance to continuously refine social media strategies
xc2xb7 Respond to audience comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner
xc2xb7 Research and implement current social media trends and platform updates
xc2xb7 Incorporate relevant hashtags and trending topics into content strategy
Requirements & Qualifications:
xc2xb7 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
xc2xb7 Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or Manager
xc2xb7 Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media campaigns with measurable results
xc2xb7 Experience managing social media for tech-focused products and services preferred
xc2xb7 Advanced knowledge of major social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn
xc2xb7 Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
xc2xb7 Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media optimization
xc2xb7 Experience with content creation tools, including basic graphic design, photo editing, and video production software
