We support international patients from Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, Europe, and other regions, providing end-to-end assistance from initial consultation to treatment and recovery in India.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to manage and grow our professional social media presence. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling business or brand social media accounts and understand how to create credible, engaging, and consistent content for a professional audience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati.

Key Responsibilities

Manage company social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives Create captions, post copies, reels ideas, and short video scripts Coordinate with internal teams for doctor profiles, patient stories, and healthcare awareness content Ensure brand tone, accuracy, and professionalism in all social media communication Monitor comments, messages, and enquiries and respond or escalate appropriately Track performance metrics and provide insights for improving reach and engagement Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices Support basic paid social media promotions (preferred)

Eligibility and Requirements

Graduate degree is mandatory; Master's degree is preferred Atleast one year's of experience managing professional or business social media accounts Experience with brands, agencies, hospitals, clinics, or service-based businesses preferred Strong written English communication skills Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing applications Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
