About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive who can manage and grow our brand presence across key digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, scripting, reel creation, and engaging with influencers/creators to drive organic growth.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1. Social Media Management

Handle daily operations of social media platforms including

Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn

. Plan, schedule, and publish posts consistently as per the content calendar.

2. Content Creation & Creativity

Create engaging content such as

reels, stories, static posts, videos

, and short-form content. Write captions, scripts, and copy for all social media activities. Work with the design team to ensure high-quality creatives.

3. Organic Growth & Engagement

Implement strategies to boost

organic reach

, engagement, and follower growth across platforms. Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to stay updated.

4. Influencer & Creator Collaboration

Coordinate and manage collaborations with

influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors

. Plan campaigns, review content delivered by influencers.

5. Brand Representation

Maintain brand voice, tone, and identity across all digital platforms. Ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and audience queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or E-commerce industry (Mandatory).

Strong expertise in

Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn

. Experience in

reel creation, video shooting, editing, and scripting

. Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator collaborations. Good understanding of online trends and social media analytics tools. Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
