We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Strategist to lead our social media efforts across all major platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative social media strategies aligned with the brand's voice, identity, and overall marketing objectives. Lead creative ideation for campaigns, content series, and platform-specific executions Translate brand initiatives into platform-optimized content strategies that increase brand visibility, engagement, and community growth. Identify and leverage emerging trends, hashtags, cultural moments, and platform algorithm changes to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and copywriters to bring ideas to life across visual and written formats. Lead brainstorm sessions and campaign planning meetings with internal stakeholders. Propose and manage social media campaigns with clear KPIs, timelines, and expected outcomes. Monitor competitor activity and industry benchmarks to ensure the brand stays relevant and innovative.

Eligibility Criteria

Proven experience as a

Social Media Strategist

, Creative Planner, or similar role focused on ideation and strategy (not just content management). Deep understanding of

social media platforms

, their algorithms, user behaviors, and best practices. Strong portfolio or case studies showcasing

creative campaign ideas

and

brand-building work

. Exceptional

creative thinking and storytelling

abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment. Experience with influencer marketing and creator collaborations. Background in content creation or creative direction. (

Preferred

) Knowledge of paid social strategies and ad creatives.

Salary : upto 40k

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,766.69 - ₹40,607.51 per month
