Monitor social media accounts for engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure visually appealing and on-brand posts.
Track and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and contests to drive engagement and followers.
Engage with online communities and influencers to build partnerships and boost brand visibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with an eye for design and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
