Role Overview:

We're looking for a

Social Media Strategist

to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is someone who can think strategically, create content plans that align with brand goals, and translate insights into campaigns that perform.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands. Plan and manage monthly content calendars and campaign ideas. Research trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform strategy. Work with designers and copywriters to ensure cohesive brand storytelling. Track and analyze performance metrics; provide actionable insights. Stay updated on new social media tools, features, and best practices.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in social media management or strategy (agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other major platforms. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and time-management skills. Ability to ideate and execute campaigns end-to-end. Basic familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
