We're looking for a

young, creative, culture-aware Social Media Strategist & Creator

who doesn't just post content -- but

builds narratives, trends, and attention

This role is for someone who

lives on the internet

, understands memes, storytelling, reels, and AI tools -- and can turn ideas into

high-impact content

What You'll Do

Own the brand's social presence across Instagram, Reels, and emerging platforms Conceptualize and execute

out-of-the-box content ideas

(not template posts) Create scripts, captions, hooks, and content calendars Work with designers, video editors, and AI tools to produce content fast Track performance, spot trends early, and iterate aggressively

What We're Looking For

Strong creative instincts and storytelling ability Deep understanding of Instagram, Reels, trends, and internet culture Comfortable using

AI tools

(ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, etc.) Confident, opinionated, and willing to experiment (and fail fast) Portfolio or Instagram page that shows originality

Requirements

0-4 years experience (talent matters more than years) Excellent written communication (English + Hinglish preferred) On-site role (Indore-based)
