Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement monthly/quarterly social media strategies tailored to the real estate market.

Plan, write, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.

Monitor trends and competitors to ensure fresh and relevant content.

Write blogs, ad copies, project descriptions, and captions.

Coordinate with the design team for visual content.

Track performance metrics and suggest content improvements.

Requirements:

Excellent English writing and grammar skills.

Creative mindset with strong content planning.

Awareness of Goa's local culture and audience is a plus.

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or scheduling tools is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,084.58 - ₹30,938.48 per month
