About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist & Content Creator to lead and execute engaging social media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, creating high-quality content, and driving audience engagement while aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement. Create compelling content (text, graphics, video) tailored for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Plan and schedule content calendars in alignment with campaigns, promotions, and industry trends. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies. Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Engage with the community, respond to comments, and build relationships with followers. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Run paid campaigns and assist with influencer collaborations to expand reach.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in social media strategy and content creation. Strong understanding of platform algorithms, engagement tactics, and audience behavior. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze metrics and translate data into actionable strategies. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in running paid social media campaigns. Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and influencer marketing strategies. Portfolio of successful social media campaigns or content pieces.
