--understanding destinations, identifying stories, planning content formats, and creating platform-specific strategies that help us
maximise reach, engagement, and conversions
on social media.
What You'll Be Doing
Research tourism destinations, experiences, and stories that we sell
Plan video content ideas specifically designed for
Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
Build and maintain a structured
content and posting calendar
Strategise content formats for maximum reach, shares, and saves
Coordinate and assist in content execution (shooting, editing, captions)
Work closely with editors and creators to ensure content matches the strategy
Analyse performance metrics and refine future content plans
Identify trends, audios, and formats relevant to travel and tourism
Collaborate with influencers, creators, and tourism stakeholders to amplify reach
What We're Looking For
Strong understanding of
video-first social media strategy
Ability to think creatively and strategically, not just execute posts
Experience in social media marketing or content strategy (travel niche preferred)
Excellent storytelling and content planning skills
Working knowledge of: Instagram & Facebook algorithms- Reels, Shorts, and viral travel formats
Comfortable using tools like Canva, VN, or in-app reel editors
Basic understanding of photography and videography
Ability to read insights, trends, and engagement data
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
