Role Overview
We're looking for a
Social Media - Sr Executive
who can own our digital voice, drive audience growth, and convert engagement into business impact. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies tailored to fintech and SaaS audiences, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
Develop and implement a multi-platform social media strategy aligned with the company's business and brand goals.
Stay updated with fintech, SaaS, and digital commerce trends to keep content relevant and timely.
Content Creation & Management
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos, infographics) across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
Collaborate with design and product teams to produce campaign visuals, explainer videos, and promotional content.
Community Building
Build and manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Engage with industry influencers, clients, and brand advocates to expand brand visibility.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on social media KPIs such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions.
Use insights to optimize content and strategy for better performance.
Campaigns & Paid Ads
Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid promotions and lead generation.
Work with digital marketing teams on performance marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
2-3 years of experience in managing social media for fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech companies.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools (like Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).
Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
Ability to turn complex fintech/SaaS concepts into easy-to-digest content.
A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and consistency in branding.
Preferred Experience
Experience in managing LinkedIn thought leadership and B2B content strategy.
Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing.
