We're looking for a

Social Media Specialist

who can own our social media presence end-to-end -- from content strategy and community building to lead generation and performance tracking.

What You'll Do

Plan and execute social media campaigns for

brand awareness & lead generation

Create and distribute engaging

educational content

Manage content calendars and repurpose long-form content into short-form Build and engage an active community (comments, DMs, Lives, AMAs) Drive traffic from social channels to website/app using optimized CTAs Track performance (Reach, ER, CTR) and run experiments to drive growth
What We're Looking For

2-4 years

of experience in Social Media Marketing Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn (YouTube is a plus) Experience in content creation, distribution & lead generation Comfort with analytics and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication and organisational skills
