Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and result-driven
Social Media Specialist
with experience in video editing as well. The ideal candidate will manage social media platforms, create engaging content, edit high-quality videos, and execute strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management
Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies.
Manage daily content posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Build and maintain monthly content calendars.
Track trends, analyze competitor content & audience behaviour.
Engage with followers--reply to comments & messages.
Content Creation
Create visually appealing posts, reels, stories, and campaign creatives.
Develop creative ideas that align with brand goals.
Write catchy captions and short copy for social posts.
Run and manage
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, Google ads
--traffic, reach, engagement, lead gen, brand awareness, etc.
Video Editing
Edit promotional videos sometime, reels, and brand content.
Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva etc.
Deliver videos with quick turnaround and brand consistency.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance of posts, campaigns, and engagement trends.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights.
Optimize content based on analytics.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms.
Proficiency in professionalvideo editing software.
Creative thinking & understanding of digital trends.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of photography/videography (plus point).
