Identify target audience segments (fashion shoppers, trend seekers, occasion buyers) and tailor content accordingly.
Plan content around launches, sales, festive campaigns, influencer drops, and store promotions.
Content Creation & Curation
Create high-quality content including reels, static posts, stories, captions, and ad creatives for
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
.
Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and influencers to produce premium, on-brand content.
Maintain a consistent visual and tone-of-voice aligned with ERRABELLY's brand identity.
Community Management
Monitor comments, DMs, reviews, and brand mentions across platforms.
Engage with followers in a timely, brand-appropriate manner to build a loyal community.
Handle UGC moderation, influencer reposts, and basic crisis communication if required.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROAS.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Continuously optimize content and campaigns based on data.
Paid Social Media
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on
Meta (Instagram & Facebook), Google Ads, and LinkedIn
.
Manage budgets, creatives, targeting, and A/B testing to drive sales and brand awareness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid strategies with website and campaign goals.
Trend & Market Awareness
Stay updated with fashion trends, reel formats, algorithm updates, and competitor activity.
Identify viral content opportunities relevant to the fashion and lifestyle space.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience
in social media marketing (fashion, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands preferred).
Strong hands-on experience with
Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut
, or similar tools.
Experience using social analytics and reporting tools such as
Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics
, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.
Proven experience running and optimizing paid social campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a performance and data-driven mindset.
Preferred Assets
Certifications in

Prior experience with
fashion, apparel, or D2C brands
