Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on social media manager who can craft compelling social & content campaigns, stay on top of trends, manage multiple creators & influencers, curate their output and grow the brand Flash AI across Tiktok & Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
Social Content Strategy + Voice:
Craft content strategies & campaign plans for viral social campaigns.
Influencer Collabs:
Identify and partner with nano/micro-influencers across relevant categories
Viral Marketing:
Spot and hijack trends on Instagram
Analytics & Growth:
Track & document performance of campaign experiments
Cross-Team Partnership:
Work closely with product + growth teams to translate features into compelling narratives.
Qualifications
3-5 years of social media marketing or content marketing experience in consumer tech, D2C, or lifestyle/Beauty brands.
Proven portfolio that shows ability to create viral campaigns
Strong Instagram Reels expertise
Experience managing ugc creators & influencers at scale
Handy with tools like CapCut/Adobe, Figma, GA4, etc
Amazing Storytelling ability to make complex/techy topics simple and viral.
Familiarity with social analytics & management tools.
Bonus: prior work in consumer app
