Position: Social Media Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage our company's social media presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing daily posts, analyzing engagement data, and implementing strategies to grow our audience and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) Create engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video, and stories) Monitor user engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive community Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to align brand messaging Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, followers, and conversions Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and best practices Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across social channels (if required) Plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaign goals and brand initiatives

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role Excellent understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools) Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing influencer collaborations or partnerships Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
