Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.
Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
Create, review, and approve creative content, including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
Handle and guide the social media team, ensuring quality output and timely delivery.
Prepare monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.
Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
Handle brand communication and ensure consistency in tone and messaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in social media management.
Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.
Proven experience in team handling and coordination.
Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience working with brand or agency accounts is a plus.
