Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Growth Specialist with 2 years of experience to drive B2B lead generation and audience engagement across multiple digital platforms. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute B2B-focused social media strategies to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Manage and optimize company profiles on
LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube,
and emerging platforms.
Create and schedule engaging,
industry-relevant content,
including posts, articles, and infographics.
Utilize
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meta Business Suite
,
and other lead generation tools
to identify and connect with potential leads.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools
(Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics, etc.).
Run
paid and organic social media campaigns
focused on B2B engagement and lead generation.
Conduct
sentiment analysis
using social listening tools to gauge brand perception and audience feedback.
Use
social media scheduling tools
(e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) to optimize posting schedules and maintain consistency.
Engage with industry influencers, partners, and communities to enhance brand credibility.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies.
Stay updated with
social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
to enhance outreach efforts.
Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Increase organic audience growth

Boost engagement rates and interaction levels
on social media posts and campaigns.
Improve sentiment analysis scores

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience
in
social media management, digital marketing, or B2B lead generation.
Strong knowledge of
LinkedIn marketing, content strategies, and B2B audience engagement
.
Experience with social analytics
tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, or similar).
Proficiency in
social media scheduling tools
to streamline content planning.
Experience in running
LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and paid social campaigns.
Understanding of
SEO and content marketing principles.
Excellent
copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
Basic knowledge of
