Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Growth Specialist with 2 years of experience to drive B2B lead generation and audience engagement across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media strategies tailored for B2B businesses and a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

Job Location and Address:


This requirement is Full Time and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location:

Responsibilities:



Develop and execute B2B-focused social media strategies to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Manage and optimize company profiles on

LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube,

and emerging platforms. Create and schedule engaging,

industry-relevant content,

including posts, articles, and infographics. Utilize

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meta Business Suite

,

and other lead generation tools

to identify and connect with potential leads. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools

(Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics, etc.).

Run

paid and organic social media campaigns

focused on B2B engagement and lead generation. Conduct

sentiment analysis

using social listening tools to gauge brand perception and audience feedback. Use

social media scheduling tools

(e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) to optimize posting schedules and maintain consistency. Engage with industry influencers, partners, and communities to enhance brand credibility. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies. Stay updated with

social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

to enhance outreach efforts. Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Performance Indicators(KPI's):-



Increase organic audience growth

across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other key platforms.

Boost engagement rates and interaction levels

on social media posts and campaigns.

Improve sentiment analysis scores

to enhance brand reputation and perception.

Enhance B2B lead generation effectiveness

by optimizing outreach and targeting strategies.

Track and optimize post performance

using data-driven insights to refine content strategies.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience

in

social media management, digital marketing, or B2B lead generation.

Strong knowledge of

LinkedIn marketing, content strategies, and B2B audience engagement

. Experience with social analytics

tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, or similar).

Proficiency in

social media scheduling tools

to streamline content planning. Experience in running

LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and paid social campaigns.

Understanding of

SEO and content marketing principles.

Excellent

copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.

Basic knowledge of

graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools).

Ability to

analyze data

and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversion. Self-motivated, creative, and able to work in a

fast-paced B2B marketing environment.


Preferred Qualifications:



Experience with

advanced social listening and sentiment analysis tools

(Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Zoho Social, etc.). Expertise in

video content marketing strategies

for platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn. Strong understanding of

social media advertising trends and A/B testing strategies

. Previous experience in

building influencer marketing campaigns

within a B2B setting. Familiarity with AI-driven content generation and automation tools for social media. Ability to develop and implement engagement-driven social media strategies tailored to brand growth.
