Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok
Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short videos) tailored to each platform
Manage and grow social media presence for
Shopify brand accounts
Use tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Creator Studio for scheduling and publishing
Respond to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions)
Generate monthly reports and optimize strategies based on insights
Collaborate with content and design teams for consistent branding
Assist in managing paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn when required
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of full-time work experience
in a similar role (internships not counted)
Proven experience managing social media for
Shopify-based eCommerce brands
Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement strategies
Good command over content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ad managers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand accounts
