Research global beauty trends and adapt them to brand communication
Plan campaigns for new launches, festive moments, and sales
Content Creation & Execution
Ideate and lead photo/video shoots, reels, tutorials, and educational content
Work closely with design, video, and product teams for creative content
Write engaging captions, scripts, and post copies
Ensure brand voice, identity, and aesthetic remain consistent
Team Management
Lead social media executives, designers, content creators, and editors
Create clear workflows, calendars, and approvals
Evaluate team performance and mentor them
Performance & Analytics
Track KPIs: reach, engagement, followers, website traffic, conversions
Use data to improve content and campaign decisions
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Influencer & Community Management
Coordinate with influencer team for content collaboration
Engage with customers via comments, messages, and communities
Manage brand reputation across platforms
Platform Expertise
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Linkedin, Threads, Pinterest
Knowledge of paid ads, boosting strategy, and performance tracking
Ability to find and leverage new trends, sounds, and formats
Requirements
5+ years in social media management (beauty/fashion preferred)
Strong communication, creativity, storytelling & planning
Good knowledge of analytics tools (Meta, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics)
Experience handling large follower accounts or high-volume content
Team handling experience is a must
