Monitor, analyse, and report social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Manage
Online Reputation Management (ORM)
and create regular
social listening reports

Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to ensure campaign integration.
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Support planning and implementation of integrated brand strategies to drive measurable business value.
Ensure timely
payment collection
and support client servicing teams in maintaining financial liquidity.
Contribute to cross-selling opportunities and business growth initiatives.
Provide training, mentorship, and process improvements to the team.
Skills & Requirement :
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Master's degree in Communications / MMs / MBA preferred.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and paid campaigns.
Hands-on expertise in execution, analytics, and reporting.
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Leadership qualities to foster teamwork and collaborative culture.
Financial acumen: understanding of budgeting, KPI sheets, and P&L management.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media metrics and performance tracking.
Knowledge of WhatsApp & email marketing strategies.
Creative problem-solving attitude with an eye for PR opportunities.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
