Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and curate engaging social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive social media campaigns and strategies Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance brand presence Analyze metrics and report on performance, adjusting strategies for optimal engagement Build and nurture an online community to increase brand loyalty

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred) 1-2 years of experience in social media management and content creation Proficiency with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and basic video editing software Strong communication skills and creative writing abilities Ability to track performance and optimize strategies based on insights Passion for staying updated on social media trends
