We are looking for a creative and analytical

Social Media Specialist

to manage and grow our brand presence across all major social platforms. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of content creation, audience engagement, analytics, and platform-specific strategies. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

social media strategies

that align with business goals and brand identity Create, curate, and publish

engaging content

(images, videos, text) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc. Manage the

social media calendar

and ensure timely posting based on campaigns and trends Monitor, respond to, and engage with the audience to build community and brand loyalty Stay up to date with

trending topics, hashtags, and platform updates

to keep content fresh and relevant Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and on-brand creatives Run

paid promotions/ads

on platforms when required and coordinate with performance marketing team Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, CTR, etc.) and prepare detailed

monthly reports

with insights and improvement strategies Work with influencers or partners for collaborative marketing opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1-3 years of hands-on experience in social media management (agency or in-house) Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with attention to visual details and brand voice Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
