We are looking for an innovative and energetic

Social Media Specialist

to enhance our brand's digital footprint. This role involves creating engaging content, building strong online communities, and driving impactful campaigns that boost visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, trend-aware, and passionate about storytelling through social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage content across major social media channels. Research and leverage current trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to maximize reach. Build brand awareness and nurture meaningful audience engagement. Track and analyze social media performance metrics, preparing reports on campaign effectiveness. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to maintain a cohesive brand identity. Manage community interactions by responding promptly to comments, queries, and messages.
Requirements

1-3 years of proven experience in social media management. Strong skills in content creation, including short videos, reels, and visual posts. Hands-on experience with platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Basic design knowledge using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly creative with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
