What You Will Do
Daily social media content creation (Reels, posts, stories, project videos)
Managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
Shooting & editing site videos
Designing project-based posts & client testimonials
Running ads + analytics tracking
Planning monthly content strategy for branding & lead generation
Who We're Looking For
1-3 years experience in social media management
Strong video editing & basic design skills
Good understanding of construction/real-estate content (preferred)
Creativity, consistency & ability to work with field team
Malayalam + English communication
